As the co-founder of this small business one of my many responsibilities is that I am our brand strategist, and social media manager. Creating content, planning strategy and managing campaigns across Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest.
The instagram feed is a carefully curated space to promote the designs and the brands ethical standpoint, the Pinterest is a source of inspiration, and the Tiktok is somewhere to present the brand as relatable and fun - as well as educational.
My stats here show my successes:
the launch of the newest collection (September 2022) saw the page reach 6K new accounts (68.9% more than the previous month), engaging 36.4% more accounts than prior and gaining 4.5% new followers too.
each month key stats like engagement increase and the pages following has grown from 0 to almost 1k in the time I have been running it. Which for an unfunded brand with a 1 person social media team is not bad at all.
most excitingly to me we actually connect with a huge number of our clients, collaborators and friends organically on our socials. We’ve never done a paid ad, and yet have made real connections with repeat customers and people two truly share our values and engage with everything we post.
