Working as a mid-weight Strategist at a smaller agency means wearing many hats and working closely between teams.

My day to day tasks include sucessfully client management and tending to relationships, producing film and photo shoots, analysing and reporting on social content performances, creating high performing marketing and social media strategies, planning successful content and briefing it in to designers, creating and adhering to brand guidelines, managing two junior strategists and making sure that the time spend on clients accounts is within retainer, schedule and budget.

My personal clients include; the Eastbourne based shopping centre The Beacon, the Dover based retail park St James, a UK-wide co-working space provider FOUNDRY, and huge vintage fashion retailer Beyond Retro.

Over the year that I have managed these social media accounts, across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, all key metrics such as engagements, impressions, followers and engagement rate have increased quarter on quarter and I have successfully created recognisable social-first strategies that support a strong and active community.
